Keppel would like to congratulate Melody Kemsley as its first KUSD Bus Driver Trainee Program graduate, effective July 21, 2022! She successfully completed the paid KUSD preparation program sponsored by the District. The program was created by Karla George, who was serving as the Director of Transportation/State Certified Trainer at that time for Keppel. Xochil Mendez, Behind the Wheel Trainer/Bus Driver, and Director George worked together to provide the required classroom and behind-the-wheel mandatory training components as part of the Bus Driver Training.
Look for Bus Driver Melody Kemsley on her bus route and at the bus stops when school begins transporting students on August 10th!
